Microsoft Solitaire Collection: TriPeaks won't load - Windows 10

For three days, TriPeaks won't load - "the wheels on the bus go round and round" as one expert here says :o)

When I click on the MS Solitaire Collection icon I get this:

Pyramid and all the others load OK but not TriPeaks; this is the only I play regularly (to relax!).

I searched the Community and in another thread I found one solution was check for Updates, via my account icon - but I only ever play as a Guest. ***

In another thread I found a link to run the Win10 Apps Trouble-shooter. This is what it found:

So what should I do next please? If it's the BITS help, do I type the NET etc in CMD? as an Administrator?

    Hello Christine. I'll post full details in a moment  . .

    I'd been too busy to get back on this because of having to resolve other MS failures and then when I was ready to post, MS screwed up again and I was one of the many whose profile was blocked.

    So to explain. I previously had the Solitaire Collection on my bottom tool-bar - I clicked on it and played as a Guest - no problems until now. After following Catherine's very helpful suggestion re BITS, I was forced to sign up as a member and I now have a profile. The first time after that when I signed in it all went pear-shaped again. Various delays & problems - that's when I was about to tell Catherine. Since then, it's hit and miss - my workaround is to click on my icon and when it says "Signing you in" or whatever (as a member) I click on close/stop. That sometimes enables me to play as a guest and sometimes doesn't so I hope this extra info will enable Catherine to come up with another solution.

    Catherine - this problem started around the 15th March, the day of a Failed Cumulative WU. That was successfully installed on the 16th. Could the failure have caused this problem?

    Hello Christine. I'll post full details in a moment but did you eventually resolve your problem (in 2014)? 

    Before I created this, I searched and immediately looked at your thread as it was shown as "Answered". But when I read it I saw that Kulu Sharma had marked it as the Answer four days later before you'd even replied. That was an action that was common until the latest changes perhaps six months ago. It was considered by many experts and we common Users as cheating - getting your profile / answer rate falsely improved perhaps to meet their targets?

    The latest changes were supposed to have stopped all that "you scratch my back/I'll scratch yours a.k.a. marking each others replies as the Answer" happening - which is why I've invited PAUL BABB here to explain - I'd hate for users to think he's in that category. I've copied this reply in case it's moderated.

    Did everything according to instructions including uninstalling and re-installing Solitaire Collection and Tripeaks still won't load!
