Windows 7 annoying "Unsupported Hardware" pop ups

I'm still mad as hell at B&H in New York, whom I purchased $1,500. worth of computer components from.  They won't allow my critical review to be posted regarding this major problem with the Intel 7700 chips, and they didn't warn me either.  I would never have built a new computer if I had known, at least not until W7 was no longer serviced by M$.

As far as I am concerned MicroShaft You and Windows 10 can go play with yourself.

There's a KB 401 that shows up as installed, but can't be uninstalled. look for yourself & msg me if you have a solution pls. 4019264

This is typical MS BS.  I am currently on Windows 10 on my work computer and my home computers.  But we have clients who are still on Windows 7.  Now  I'm not saying that I have a problem with Windows 10, its far better than the complete and utter disaster that was Windows 8, but we shouldn't be forced to prematurely migrate over a machine when Windows 7 is still in support, that is completely ridiculous, this update affects one of our clients, and we plan on moving them to Windows 10 but this kind of thing takes time, many of the people that work at this business are older folks, when we switched them over to 7 from XP it required a dedicated rep for two weeks just to go around and do periodic training of all the users.  It seems that what  MS doesn't realize that this affects more than just the users, it affects IT staff as well.  This all started because we updated someone's computer with a newer i7 and a couple of other things because she was having issues.  I just wish that there was something else out there for people to use to put this giant greedy corporate pig known as MS in its place, unfortunately there isn't anything mainstream.  There is Mac, but I mean come one, we are talking business and machines, not overpriced hipster toys, and while Linux is superior to MS in most ways, there is no way it will catch on outside of the techie or specialized application market, at least my opinion.  There is a point in here somewhere, I suppose its that MS just doesn't care, and unfortunately they don't have to, they are a giant corporate machine, everyone on this thread could swear off of MS products for the rest of our lives and they wouldn't even notice, the current CEO of MS could come on to this forum right now tell us all to **** off and post a picture of a giant picture of his middle finger, and it would affect MS sales exactly zero percent, its basically a legalized monopoly.  All we can do is bend over, offer some lube, and hope they use it as they insert that giant MS shaft.

I started getting this much more recently.  I didn't find either of the updates listed before so instead I started looking at my most recent ones.  Seems I was first time lucky, I uninstalled KB4095874 and so far it hasn't popped up again.  It was installed 6/1/18

I'm guessing microsoft is catching on and progressively releasing new patches that do the same thing.  Honestly I'd have even tolerated it if it wouldn't keep bothering me about it.  It kept booting me out of games and videos
