I keep getting a message when I try and update, stating that; Uninstall this app now because it isn't compatible with Windows 10.
I've searched under Add/Delete Programs, File locations on C: and any other locations such as temp files etc, and can not locate this folder/file anywhere on my computer. How do I uninstall this app when I can't find it?

Same here, I had an Infineon folder on my desktop inside a folder with all my motherboard drivers. When I deleted it, I was able to install the update with no problem.
If anyone has a problem locating the Infineon Folder on their PC, the "Everything" app from voidtools.com really helps as it searches in seconds through every single file and folder on the computer.

Yes - and actually - it DID work. What worked was - I found the SWSetup folder directly on the C drive. it was hidden - I unhid files. I just renamed that folder - didn't delete anything from it. After renaming it with "old" at the end, I checked for Windows updates again, this time they "took" - I THINK! They are still installing as I type this, but it's up to 78% done... and before quit way before that. So I'm hopeful! Thank you for following up.
Very good. I didn't recollect it was a hidden directory, I guess all my PCs were set to show hidden files! Thanks for adding that info.
You may find you need to do several updates. Reboot after each even if it doesn't tell you to. Will take a long time!
Actually, I checked again, and that folder is NOT hidden. I must have just missed it the first time. The update is still installing -- now 95%...
Yes, these Windows updates are a BEAR and take forever! That SWSetup folder is not on every computer... it's on my client's computer, but not on my personal one.
