I keep getting a message when I try and update, stating that; Uninstall this app now because it isn't compatible with Windows 10.
I've searched under Add/Delete Programs, File locations on C: and any other locations such as temp files etc, and can not locate this folder/file anywhere on my computer. How do I uninstall this app when I can't find it?

Same here, I had an Infineon folder on my desktop inside a folder with all my motherboard drivers. When I deleted it, I was able to install the update with no problem.
If anyone has a problem locating the Infineon Folder on their PC, the "Everything" app from voidtools.com really helps as it searches in seconds through every single file and folder on the computer.
From what I saw it doesn't had to be installed. Just having the install package anywhere on your computer will cause the issue. I used 'Everything' from https://www.voidtools.com/ to search for TPM and Infineon to find the install package I had and once it's was deleted the install continued.

I has the same issues. Turned out I'd downloaded a TPM driver package for another computer I had and loaded it onto a USB stick for that computer, but left the driver I downloaded on my hard drive. It was not installed on my computer, it was never even intended for this computer. And Microsoft updates won't install because of that? Really? The error message said it was installed. I call BS. All I had to do was delete the driver package and then the install continued.
Using Ep7's suggestion, you'll find the TPM folder at C:\eSupport\eDriver\Software\TPM. To be safe, I moved the TPM folder to a folder on my Desktop instead of deleting it. Then the update to the latest windows started working. That proves deleting the TPM folder should be safe.
