Infineon TPM Professional Package can't be uninstalled

I keep getting a message when I try and update, stating that; Uninstall this app now because it isn't compatible with Windows 10.

I've searched under Add/Delete Programs, File locations on C: and any other locations such as temp files etc, and can not locate this folder/file anywhere on my computer. How do I uninstall this app when I can't find it?

Same here, I had an Infineon folder on my desktop inside a folder with all my motherboard drivers. When I deleted it, I was able to install the update with no problem. 

If anyone has a problem locating the Infineon Folder on their PC, the "Everything" app from voidtools.com really helps as it searches in seconds through every single file and folder on the computer.

    it works , i downloaded everything tools.. to search for those infineon file and i removed it all..

    Because so many suffer this problem I would like to offer my solution.

    When the computer tries to upgrade it searches for the Infineon folder (or name, or maybe content). This means that if you have an archive of old software which contains the "old" TPM software, your upgrade will hang. The solution is simple, move the archive to a location that can be switched off (like an external disk) and switch that location off.

    The upgrade program will not be able to find the Infineon folder and will not hang.

    I am a little annoyed by this. Whenever you upgrade or change anything you are recommended to make a back-up. Now it seems these back-ups are creating problems. Something I thought MS would have realised.

    I mean at first I could not find the Infineon TPM Package file.  I just kept searching until I found the files.
