Infineon TPM Professional Package can't be uninstalled

I keep getting a message when I try and update, stating that; Uninstall this app now because it isn't compatible with Windows 10.

I've searched under Add/Delete Programs, File locations on C: and any other locations such as temp files etc, and can not locate this folder/file anywhere on my computer. How do I uninstall this app when I can't find it?

Same here, I had an Infineon folder on my desktop inside a folder with all my motherboard drivers. When I deleted it, I was able to install the update with no problem. 

If anyone has a problem locating the Infineon Folder on their PC, the "Everything" app from voidtools.com really helps as it searches in seconds through every single file and folder on the computer.

    Scanner file on the system disk C:\

    I searched the files containing the "Infineon TPM Professional" , found them under the "swsetup" directory on an HP PC

    After deleting all this files identified by the search I reinstall the upgrade of windows 10 and everything working fine Thanks

    OK.....

    I could not find any reference to Infineon anywhere on my PCs...

    So.....

    Find the directory c:/SWSetup

    Rename that directory xxxxxxx or anything you want to....

    Run the Update. There will be several updates to do and reboots.

    Should run fine.

    The first PC I tried I cut the directory and contents to a thumb drive, thereby deleting it.

    Update ran fine. 

    Didn't run any clean or optimizer SW beforehand.

    I have 4 HP/Compaq PC's with this install problem (8000 Elite or similar, Intel dual processors), Windows 10 64bit Pro I've done this on so far.

    Still going thru several reboots and update installs... not thru yet... 

    Some updates will report not completed but that means you need to reboot to install them.

    Installs take some time. be patient.

    4 systems updated! A couple more at a different location for tomorrow.

    Hi

    TPM Infineon seems to be the HP Protect Tools set that gets installed as part of initial setup in HPs.

    Mine wasn't active and did not show in Installed Programs.

    I tracked down the Hp Protect Tools folder in SWSETUP in C:PROGRAMS somewhere. Do a search.

    A service was running which I shut down in Task Manager. I think it was TPM or HP Protect [can't remember].

    I then deleted the folder.

    I then ran the Registry tool of CCleaner to remove references.

    After a restart I still had the problem but then ran Registry tool in CCleaner again which found more keys and deleted them.

    Then it was fixed.

    Save your time looking for an uninstaller; it doesn't have one, apparently.
