Microsoft Solitaire Collection Error Code 101_107_1

Attempted to open Microsoft Solitaire Collection. Program said it was loading, but the receive the following error announcement:

There was a problem downloading game data for Microsoft Solitaire Collection. Please check the Microsoft Solitaire Collection FAQ at https://aka.ms/mssolitairefaq and refer to error code 101_107_7

When I go to look up error code all it says is to let them know.

But I can't find where to let them know.

I had updates yesterday. I have run the update troubleshooting program and all issues were resolved. Ran the update troubleshoot program and found no error.

Attempted to run Microsoft Solitaire Collection again and the same as above occurred.

What do I need to do now????

I had the same problem and it drove me nuts but the solution i tried out of desperation was to turn off and turn on again my firewall and hey presto!! it worked i hope this helps

Uninstalled, installed. Repeated 5 times both on PC and laptop.  Still not available on either. I give up and  won't be bothering with Microsoft games anymore.

At first, after I uninstalled then installed the game, I thought it did not resolve. But then I ran my security and update fixer again, turn my computer off then on, and everything is ok again.
