Microsoft Solitaire Collection Error Code 101_107_1

Attempted to open Microsoft Solitaire Collection. Program said it was loading, but the receive the following error announcement:

There was a problem downloading game data for Microsoft Solitaire Collection. Please check the Microsoft Solitaire Collection FAQ at https://aka.ms/mssolitairefaq and refer to error code 101_107_7

When I go to look up error code all it says is to let them know.

But I can't find where to let them know.

I had updates yesterday. I have run the update troubleshooting program and all issues were resolved. Ran the update troubleshoot program and found no error.

Attempted to run Microsoft Solitaire Collection again and the same as above occurred.

What do I need to do now????

    I have done everything I know to do including uninstalling and reinstalling since mahjong stopped working yesterday. The rest of my Microsoft games in the collection are still working fine. Seems to be a problem with your system and not my computer. I have looked for answers on line  and have not found any. Only a lot of people with the same question I have about this error code but no answers.

    This has not ben helpful at all because Now I am getting the stupid commercials again. I bought the year so I wouldn't have to see them. I spoke to Microsoft nd got a ticket number 1360973149 with all the info you should need , and the xbox who was no help but gave me a link to windows to solve the problem cause they say its not their responsibility.

    Id would like the commercials removed from my Microsoft solitaire collection

    I pd for this in January which the ticket number should show you.

    Microsoft Mahjong Error Code 101-107-1 was not repaired by uninstall and reinstall.  Any suggestions?
