After resetting BLU win HD Lte, I Have faced sign in issue of microsoft account on phone.

date  time and time zone is perfect. idk what is happening with Microsoft.

    Update your phone to Windows 10 Mobile using the Over the Cable Updater which can be downloaded and installed to a PC (NOT to your phone) from here:

    There is a readme file with instructions included in the installation, please read it before proceeding.
