After resetting BLU win HD Lte, I Have faced sign in issue of microsoft account on phone.

date  time and time zone is perfect. idk what is happening with Microsoft.

    I did reset my lumia 1320 phone and after that not able to login with Microsoft account even tried to multiple hard reset , Still same issue.

    My phone is just  a wasted box, very bad experience with lumia phones comparison by android phones.

    It looks like it is Microsoft servers as I have the same problem with my Lumia 930.
