After resetting BLU win HD Lte, I Have faced sign in issue of microsoft account on phone.

date time and time zone is perfect. idk what is happening with Microsoft.

One hour ago I signed in to MS account, after two or three "try again later" messages. But the c101a006 error persist, so installing apps is not possible.

the same here, since nov 14. today is nov 21. lumia 640 lte win 8.1 update2 resetted.

No need to reset, just have to wait until MS fix it.

Too late. I wrote: resetted. More than a week ago. All the sign in errors in the past were fixed in couple of days, as can be seen on forum. Besides, are you sure MS will fix this? I'm not. Because I don't believe in coincidences: I'm not able to sign in to MS account, two other Lumia phones of my family (signed in long time ago) can't load "my apps" section in Store (c101a006 error) and the official end of Store for 8.1 is near. Or maybe MS will fix the sign in issue with the Store closed?

The issue is global, so your exact location is irrelevant.
