After resetting BLU win HD Lte, I Have faced sign in issue of microsoft account on phone.

date  time and time zone is perfect. idk what is happening with Microsoft.

    Yep, the issue has been resolved.

    To see the fix though I still had to do one last phone reset (Setting -> About -> reset your phone).

    (Prior to that the error was still (instantly) occurring.)

    It looks like it is Microsoft servers as I have the same problem with my Lumia 930.
