When will Microsoft stop making more Windows

As I said in my last reply Microsoft can extend support for Windows 10 for as long as they wish. For all we know now Windows 10 could still be developed in 2025 so support would be extended for 10+ years after that date. The same type of extensions were done several times with Windows XP.

So the announced lifecycle is for the circumstances known at this date and is subject to change. i.e. Microsoft has not released any information about any possible new OS's that might be under development which could replace Windows 10.

Windows 10 is the final OS of Microsoft Windows and Windows 10 mainsteam support ends in 2020 and extended support ends in 2025 because Windows 10 releases major updates to contain new features and improvements. Version 1507 is supported until January 2017. How long will version 1511 and version 1607 be supported until?

Windows 10 support is not going to last forever again after 2025 or 2026?

Microsoft Windows 10 version 1507, 1511 and 1607 is supported how many years and in 9 years time, support for Windows 10 ends then will they stop ongoing updates. After support for Windows 10 ends in 2025 there will hopefully be no support for Windows 10

So Microsoft can continue to develop and promote Windows 10 for many years after the stated lifecycle ends. Or they may decide to create a whole new OS and/or delivery system on or before or even after those expiration dates.
