Vista will no longer automatically update. Nothing I've attempted works to fix the issue.

Your link labeled KB3191827 above goes to KB3141529

This happened because the link for Microsoft Excel 2007 Service Pack 3 at portal.msrc.microsoft.com goes there.

A direct link to the correct file can be found at reply #1 of this thread.

    Regards, VZ

    KB4017094 (Silverlight), KB4014661 (IE9), KB4014652, KB4014793, KB4014794, KB4015067, KB4015380, KB4015383, KB4017018, KB890830 (WMSRT, 52.8MB), KB3191827 (Excel 2007) and KB3191829 (Office OneNote 2007).

The delay was due to Excel 2007. Only three replies prior to yours I wrote

"Install KB4015195, any applicable of KB4014661, KB3191830, KB3191827 and KB3191847, then run Windows Update."

Your link labeled KB3191827 above goes to KB3141529, so I didn't preinstall it from your list. I did skip KB4014661 (IE9). Perhaps that would have helped on my first try too? Didn't need it on the second try where I had preinstalled KB3141529 (not Excel 2007) by then which did help. I have Office 2007 and had preinstalled KB3191830 (xlconv2007) as noted above. OUgrad
