Hi everyone,

My name is Mike Tholfsen, and I am a Principal Program Manager for Office 365 Education, here to talk about a special offer for all homeschoolers today.

On November 14, 2016, we started a pilot program to make Office 365 Education available to homeschoolers across the United States.  This is a limited-time pilot to help us collect feedback and learn more on  how key education tools like Class Notebook, Forms, and Microsoft Classroom can work better and empower home educators and homeschoolers in the comfort of their own home.

Due to overwhelming demand of the pilot, we have already fillled up our inital set of spots.  We are trying to open up a few more in the coming weeks, but for now the pilot is closed.

If you’re already trying out the pilot and need help, we’ll be answering your questions right here, so please read on and post your inquires below.

    Hi Angie,

I've forwarded the tenant information you provided to our related team. And engineer from our related team has sent you 3 emails and there is no feedback. So, did you receive the emails sent from the engineer regarding this issue? If so, please reply to him when you have time.

    Thanks,

    Mouran

Can you send another mail to Office365 EDU Homeschool <*** Email address is removed for privacy ***> and explain your issue? We can try to get this fixed up

    MikeTholfsen:

You can see the email addresses you're posting. We can't. We see

You will have to sneak it past the filter by replacing the @ with [at] or _at_ or # or something else.

Thank you for providing this pilot program!  I received my acceptance email and have been trying to follow the set up process but am getting stuck at the verification that I am not a robot step.  I have entered my phone number multiple times and Never receive a verification code to enter.  There is no other option given on the link to receive the code.  Are there any other options for me?

    Sincerely,

    Lisa W.

Hello, I recieved an acceptance letter for the homeschool pilot program.  When I click on the link provided in the body of the letter, it takes me to a page where I need to use a HSLDA ID.  I do not have that. When I applied for the program I applied manually. The letter states I need to set up a tenant account, but I cannot figure out how to do this as it asks for the HSLDA ID.

    Thank you,

    Susan
