Windows Live Photo Gallery replacement

Does anyone have a replacement suggestion for Windows Live Photo Gallery? Been using it for a long time. Over 60,000 pictures all with tags. Had to do a clean install of Windows 10. When I went to reinstall Windows Live Photo Gallery it states that as Jan 10th, it's no longer supported and I cannot reinstall it. So what's out there that would recognize my tags? Tried ACDSEE but it doesn't see my tags. Was hopping that there would be a seamless switch as I'm not going to live long enough to re-tag 60000 pictures.

As of this morning, February 4, 2017,

Windows Essentials 2012 download offline installer (Microsoft site) is still available.

Windows Essentials 2012

Support Ended January 10, 2017

Although support has ended, Windows Essentials 2012 programs will continue to work.

Windows Essentials 2012 contains the following programs:

Photo Gallery (Windows Photo Gallery 2012 Build 16.4.3528.331)

Movie Maker (Version 2012 Build 16.4.3528.0331)

Windows Live Writer

Windows Live Mail (Version 2012 Build 16.4.3564.1216)

OneDrive

Windows Essentials 2012 Installer installs Windows Essentials 2012 Version 16.4.3528.0331

The package shows in installed programs as Windows Essentials 2012.

It would be wise to download and save a copy of Windows Essentials 2012 (Offline Installer) to a separate disk as backup.

    I have yet to be convinced by other apps. I have kept instead using WPG and keep a stand-alone installer on hand in case I need to re-install.

    I am even tempted to try Adobe Photoshop Elements Organizer which seems to have added more useful features - https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop-elements/how-to/organizer-overview.html

    Also, I have analyzed ways to export and convert WPG metadata using a utility called exiftool:

    Whilst Windows (Live) Photo Gallery appears to continue to work, the back end service that allowed for easy Geo Tagging looks like it has been switched off.  I've looked at dozens of posts to see if there is either a simple replacement for Windows (Live) Photo Gallery or whether any other resolution may be in sight.

    Like may posters, I have no wish migrating to a different product if it means spending hundreds of hours retagging all of my photos.  I DO wish Microsoft would have more consideration towards its faithful users after having encouraged them to use their products.

    Anybody have any recent thoughts on the matter?
