Did anybody find a solution to this problem? I have the same exact issue as mentioned above by Alejandro.
Bose QuietComfort 35 not working on Windows 7 (64bit Professional)
Im having issues with my Bose QC35, i have successfully installed (or at least i think i did it). But i cant play any sound on them, is like they are not paired at all. After a few minutes the QC35 gets off saying there is no device available.
Just to add, the QC35 are working perfectly fine with my android phone and also other laptop with Windows 10
Bluetooth Devices:
Bose QC35 Properties:
If i go to the operation windows (right click on the BT device icon)
When i go to sound devices i cant see the QC35. (same if i try from Skype, Spotify, etc)
I have already downloaded the latest driver for the bluetooth from Dell, restarted the laptop hundred of times and also contacted Bose without luck
If anybody can shed some light on this i will very gratefull

2016-08-14T22:00:51+00:00 There is no specific driver for Bose QC35. Same headphone on WIN10 get recognized without issues. The problem is with WIN7 recognizing the QC35
Did you find the solution to this problem? I have the same exact issue as you described.

Hi Pual,
I tried all the proposed solutions with no luck.
I haven't made any changes to my windows 7 device prior to this concern.
Apparently Bose says that they don't have any audio drivers for their headphones. The problem seems to be that my bluetooth device gets reognized, but doesn't show up in sound section. Please see below. What is the problem behind this behavior.
