Im having issues with my Bose QC35, i have successfully installed (or at least i think i did it). But i cant play any sound on them, is like they are not paired at all. After a few minutes the QC35 gets off saying there is no device available.
Just to add, the QC35 are working perfectly fine with my android phone and also other laptop with Windows 10

If i go to the operation windows (right click on the BT device icon)
When i go to sound devices i cant see the QC35. (same if i try from Skype, Spotify, etc)
I have already downloaded the latest driver for the bluetooth from Dell, restarted the laptop hundred of times and also contacted Bose without luck
If anybody can shed some light on this i will very gratefull

SOLVED (for me anyway): I was having a similar issue connecting my Bose QuietComfort 35 wireless headphones to my Dell Latitude E7450 laptop running Windows 7 Pro (64bit). I ran all important and optional Windows updates until I was completely up to date. During adding a new device setup, the laptop recognized the headphones but failed to correctly install the necessary Bluetooth peripheral drivers. Long story short, what ended up working for me was to install the Intel® Wireless Bluetooth® technology-based drivers version 19.11.1639 for the Intel® wireless card that's in the Intel® NUC Kit DN2820FYKH using Windows 7. Before I ran the Intel setup, I removed my headphones from the list of installed devices. I then ran the Intel setup and rebooted my laptop. After startup, I began the process to add a new device again and it successfully connected to the Bose QC35 wireless headphones with no driver related issues. From the list of connected devices, I right clicked on the Bose headphone icon and selected "Services". The connection window popped up and I started the operation to "Listen to Music". - VOILA !!!
Hope this helps anyone else experiencing Bluetooth connection issues with the Bose QuietComfort 35 wireless headphones on a Windows PC.

I had exactly the same problem. The problem is coming from the Bluetooth dongle. I purchased mine from Amazon and it came with a small CD with drivers. Prior to installing the Bluetooth drivers I was experiencing exactly the same problems, then I saw this message and it actually tells you that the Bluetooth Peripheral Device does not have drivers!
I installed my Bluetooth drivers and the QC35s are now working!
(I use Windows 7 64 bit)
