Bose QuietComfort 35 not working on Windows 7 (64bit Professional)

Im having issues with my Bose QC35, i have successfully installed (or at least i think i did it). But i cant play any sound on them, is like they are not paired at all. After a few minutes the QC35 gets off saying there is no device available.

Just to add, the QC35 are working perfectly fine with my android phone and also other laptop with Windows 10

If i go to the operation windows (right click on the BT device icon)

When i go to sound devices i cant see the QC35. (same if i try from Skype, Spotify, etc)

I have already downloaded the latest driver for the bluetooth from Dell, restarted the laptop hundred of times and also contacted Bose without luck

If anybody can shed some light on this i will very gratefull

    The step by step instructions referenced by ChristoperDens worked for me: bose_win7_workaround_update1.pdf.  The end result is very elegant support for Bluetooth 4.0.  My Bose Quiet Comfort 35 headset is finally working well.

    This answer helped me. You need to deactivate the PIM functions as stated. (I did a complete reinstall of the BT Stack and BT Software in addition and removed the paired device list in QC 35 and rebootet, before starting the process again after several attempts. Works now. Update you QC35 before starting)

    Solved for me! Same problem here with my Dell 7450 running Windows 7 64 bit.

    Initially it finds the QC35, can pair but then finds 3 Bluetooth Peripheral Devices and fails to install the driver for these 3 devices.

    I uninstalled the Bluetooth driver for the Intel Wireless Bluetooth. Then I downloaded and installed the Intel PROSet/Wireless Software for Bluetooth technology 18.16.1 and after restart I paired the QC35 then it succeeded to install the drivers for the bluetooth peripheral devices and it works!
