Windows Update Hangs
As of today 12 April 2016 Window 7 SP1 hangs in searching for updates. Unlike other postings in 2015, their is no Orchestrator service in services.msc. Prior to today Windows update was working fine. Why is this happening? Is there any other way to get these updates. I have restarted the OS to no benefit.

Etc. ". That I could find or I am just too apprehensive to keep installing things..so I went the patience route ..but your suggestion I am sure will help others...is there a forum that will help me decide to upgrade from W7 that I love to W10?

2016-07-23T19:59:30+00:00 Thanks, I have installed them. My updates already went through, so we'll see next month. Still, I hope Microsoft pushes this as an important update. Instead of the 50 "upgrade windows" updates they've been bombarding us with in the past year. Instead, this stands as some kind of optional pack...
