Display Dock for Continuum (Firmware)

Display Dock doesn't appear in Gadgets on my Lumia 950, and I can't updated the dock with latest firmware. How do I fix this?

    So, you open the app and just see the splash screen? If you plug the phone into the dock, nothing happens?

    Correct. Just the splash screen. If I plug into the dock I get the splash and continuum runs fine. Put can't do anything in Gadgets.

    Similarly, if I plug in wired headphones it runs the app I chose months ago, but can't change these settings now. Again just splash if I run Gadgets.

    Hi Darcie

    Typing this via the Display Dock using wireless keyboard and Mouse so I believe everything is working as it should be.

    My screen is connected via HDMI cable.

    Gadgets app shows display dock is connected.

    Groove works via headphones which also show in gadgets.

    So all looks to be working OK

    Have you verified that the version of the Gadgets app that you have now shows up as 4.4.1609.2000 4.3.1608.28000? (tap the ... on lower right->About this app)

    Do you have 14936?

    Yep. Verified those version numbers. And yes, on 14936
