Display Dock doesn't appear in Gadgets on my Lumia 950, and I can't updated the dock with latest firmware. How do I fix this?

To all those who have upgraded to the anniversary edition and found the gadgets app is stuck on 4.3.10820.0 join the insiders slow ring. Do not join the fast ring as this has moved on to test releases for the 2017 release.
You should find the Gadget's app should update. You may need to leave it overnight.
