Display Dock for Continuum (Firmware)

Display Dock doesn't appear in Gadgets on my Lumia 950, and I can't updated the dock with latest firmware. How do I fix this?

    Any updates to this? It has been a month now, surely there must be a way to get this new Gadgets app deployed?

    I also point out that Italy is with 950 than with the 950xl can not I see the display on the App Gadgets hd - 500 dock to update it. In fact this last me works only by connecting the TV via HDMI .

    Hi,

    Unfortunately, there is an issue preventing the deployment of the new Gadgets app. Version 4.4.1607.11000.  It was available to Insiders briefly but will no longer available until the issue has been resolved. This means that, if you're a retail user, switching to the Windows Insider Rings will not give you the update at this point.

    We apologize for the inconvenience this is causing you--we'll update the thread when it's been resolved.

    Good to know that a moderator at Microsoft actually reads our comments and tries to provide a more-or-less pacifying, professional reply after all; however, is there any deployment deadline in which the "issue" might be resolved and a functional Gadgets app version be finally released to the retail users via common Store update?

    Yes, indeed, you've promised a thread update once it happens, but you're already at least two weeks late when it comes to the Windows 10 Mobile Anniversary Update release... It should have been the other way round, Microsoft: all the apps should have been ready for the Anniversary Update, especially such crucial, connectivity-related, or the eligible Lumia devices should have already received an app upgrade immediately thereafter!
