Unable to see comments after reading MSN articles

Why can't I see the comments after reading articles on msn anymore. Used to say "join the conversation" but that has disappeared.

    It's a Windows 10 problem. Nothing you can do.

    This problem is not specific to Windows 10.

    I am running Windows 7 with Chrome browser and I think the comments disappeared around the same time as the original poster indicated. It's happened before and I too wondered if I had violated something-or-other. Given some of the comments which appear after articles on there, I find it hard to believe that anything I might have said would result in a ban.

    Please fix this.
