When will be Windows 10 Mobile available for BLU Win HD LTE (X150E) and why it has not been released while update is available for X150Q and there are no hardware differences between the two, other than network bands ?
Since there are no hardware differences, performance will not be affected as reason given by Microsoft for excluding some phones from the update.

Good news! Blu confirmed that Both Blu win HD lte and jr lte of Europe version are eligible for windows 10 upgrade. Currently
Blu win HD (non lte) is only eligible for upgrade. Whereas Blu win HD lte U S has many bug fixes and they are solving these while e version update is on hold.
150Q is single sim while what we have in India is dual sim. As per the info I got from another forum, both need different ROMs and the ROM size are different. So MS/BLU have to put some extra effort for this.
But whatever, promises must be kept.
C'mon Microsoft, don't let us down.
The update is not made by Microsoft. BLU is responsible for modifying/approving the update and creating the new images to be distributed for their phones. they've done so for SOME of their devices.
I am owner of a BLU WIN HD LTE X150E ! When I bought this device it was (few weeks ago) because it will be upgraded to windows 10 mobile. I was very disappointed when I saw that only the US device received this update!!! BLU tells us that it is a probleme with Microsoft. They also tell us that there is no communication from microsoft regarding the update and once it will available it will directly come through FOTA !!!
So please why this difference between two device wich are similar X150E and W150Q ? Why this very bad communication with your consumers ?

as i checked the specifications of both US and Europe variant. there's no difference in the hardware. Both are 4G LTE Dual sim capable. Currently i am enjoying 4G speed through My Airtel on both sim card. The only difference is that the size of the WDRT recovery image of both the models. I suspect Blu has somehow skipped the european variant for no reason.This is because we cannot flash x150q recovery image on the x150e. Flashing the wrong image will apparently radios will be stop working and sims will be not detecting network, Hope Blu will address this issue and take necessary actions.

X150E : 1.78GB.

The response you are getting from BLU is the same one you would've gotten several months ago before the updates were even available. they're just lying to you at this point. it is easy to say "it's a problem with Microsoft" and you just go complaining elsewhere.
