When will be Windows 10 Mobile available for BLU Win HD LTE (X150E) and why it has not been released while update is available for X150Q and there are no hardware differences between the two, other than network bands ?
Since there are no hardware differences, performance will not be affected as reason given by Microsoft for excluding some phones from the update.

Good news! Blu confirmed that Both Blu win HD lte and jr lte of Europe version are eligible for windows 10 upgrade. Currently
Blu win HD (non lte) is only eligible for upgrade. Whereas Blu win HD lte U S has many bug fixes and they are solving these while e version update is on hold.
Why i am not getting win 10 update on my WIN BLU HD LTE 150E ????????
Silence means there is something fishy going on either BLU is not ready for this or some tieups in EU region where microsoft first releases the lumia phones are stopping MSFT.
If it continues for another month or so than i would have to throw this WINDOWS phone and get another cheap Android or Apple premium phone so that we never get to such situation . At least than we know we are not being cheated for some kind of weird business deal.
Microsoft always seems to be ignoring Europe and it just shows. I really thought my BLU HD LTE will be getting the update :(
I've contacted Blu (note legislation that follows is UK specific) as follows:
Given that Blu Products have both advertised (and continue to advertise) support for Windows 10 for the "Blu Win HD LTE" device in the UK I am now contacting the Advertising Standards Agency as not providing support for Windows 10 on this device contravenes the Control of Misleading Advertisements Regulations (1988). This gives rise to the possibility of fines for Blu Products for deliberately misleading consumers.
I look forward to seeing a formal response from Blu Products on this matter and how you intend to rectify this matter.
150Q is single sim while what we have in India is dual sim. As per the info I got from another forum, both need different ROMs and the ROM size are different. So MS/BLU have to put some extra effort for this.
But whatever, promises must be kept.
C'mon Microsoft, don't let us down.
Correction: Checked BLU website. 150Q is also Dual sim. only the frequency support bands are different.
