Don't go breaking your phones, but all published firmware is listed at lumiafirmware.com.
I'm in the US and my phone is an RM-1116. However, it's referenced as this for firmware:
059X4S4 - RM-1116 VAR EURO FR CV BLACK
If you aren't aware, there's quite a few variants of the 950 in the world. This firmware update is not for US phones...
Sadly, but this firmware update doesnt fix random restarts. You can read about it here
10586.107 is the latest Preview build of the OS not the Firmware..

I should have expected that buying an unbranded/unlocked device from Microsoft was pointless. Here we are in the US, NOT getting the firmware update because AT&T hasn't approved it yet. Maybe Microsoft doesn't understand the entire point of why customers buy unbranded devices in the first place?
if it is unbranded, how has AT&T anything to do with it? my guess is that it isn't unbranded.
and don't you need to be on the public release path to get the firmware updates anyway?
Au contraire, mon frere! It is 100% unbranded, and the firmware is free of AT&T crapware, etc. However, even the unlocked unbranded versions are bound by carrier frequency bands. In the US, that's AT&T.
