Windows 10 upgrade for nokia lumia 1320

Hello All

Why is windows 10 not available for download for nokia lumia 1320 , the phone has the capability of running windows 10 as i did install the insider preview app, but the phone is not included in the list of phones that are eligible for windows 10 ? will this always be the case ? i find it some what a real let down as i was looking forward to installing the release of windows 10 onto my lumia 1320

So when are guys planning to launch Windows 10 on Lumia 1320??? Srsly......Lumia phone sucks without Windows 10..........
