Why is windows 10 not available for download for nokia lumia 1320 , the phone has the capability of running windows 10 as i did install the insider preview app, but the phone is not included in the list of phones that are eligible for windows 10 ? will this always be the case ? i find it some what a real let down as i was looking forward to installing the release of windows 10 onto my lumia 1320

I downloaded the Upgrade Advisor and got to know that my Lumia 1320 is not eligible for Windows 10 update. I don't understand the kind of partiality we are coming across despite paying full amount and having genuine products! I don't think this has to do anything with operator or service provider.
All Lumia 1320 has to be same, then why no update for certain 1320s? This is a clear partiality.
How sure you're about it? Do you trust this company anymore?
Is it likely to be available in near future?

Hello friends I just want to say all of us who are using Nokia Lumia 1320 phablet phone why our phone is neglected from windows 10 update.We buy this product pay good amount of money to company for getting windows 8.1 phone .All of us from every corner of the world should file case in the court of law against Microsoft why they are treating us like a piece of ****?why they are treating us like 3rd class citizens of the world?we should file case against them?
