New software update for Nokia 222/222 Dual SIM: 20.05.11

Hey all,

we have started rolling out a new software release for Nokia 222 (RM-1137) and Nokia 222 Dual SIM (RM-1136): 20.05.11. You can update the phone software using Nokia Software Recovery Tool, find the instructions from here. Availability of the update may vary depending on your region and network service provider.

I have the same problem InternalError before download the new update software. Nokia 222 dual sim polish version.

Same here. Since Microsoft took over Nokia the support is almost useless. UK country variant.

Hey guys,

there is an issue in the current version Nokia Software Recovery Tool, which is causing this error message to pop up for some of the Nokia 22x users. We are working on releasing an updated version of the tool.
