New software update for Nokia 222/222 Dual SIM: 20.05.11

Hey all,

we have started rolling out a new software release for Nokia 222 (RM-1137) and Nokia 222 Dual SIM (RM-1136): 20.05.11. You can update the phone software using Nokia Software Recovery Tool, find the instructions from here. Availability of the update may vary depending on your region and network service provider.

Latest software release for Nokia 222/222 Dual SIM is 20.05.11:

  • You can now download apps from the Opera Mobile Store.
  • Camera usability improvements.

    Neutronz (and everyone else who Me-Too-ed here), which Product Code (059…) is shown in the Recovery Tool? Nutellastute had 059X3J2.

    The very least Microsoft should have done when taking over a brand as big as Nokia would be to offer the same level if not more of transparent helpful support. All they have done is ruined the brand completely in this respect.
