    Respecting that you are questioning many of your downloaded and installed programs..... Please consider the Win10 reset (remove everything) suggested earlier.... for help on FileHistory see:

    Please post back if how to clean install is confusing...

    You may want to create the Win10 Media Creation Tool from a trusted computer..

    Check the Device MFG support Website with your model number for Mfg Updates/Drivers.

    **Note:**If you sync your profile in Chrome or Internet Explorer (mainly Win8/10 synced to a MS account) or Firefox, etc- malicious home pages and search preferences may come back after a Win10 Reset, reset the home pages, and re-examine the search preferences after signing into the browser.  Remove and re-add desktop and taskbar browser shortcuts.

    I understand the need to reinstall Windows Cleaning

    I have used UnHackMe rescan but no signs doubt EagleGet, although earlier scans and have saw suspect EagleGet

    I guess that's a false positive

    If I reinstall Windows clean directly on hard drive yes good ? Reset this PC
