ok, I was talking about a firmware update. Problem has been fixed for Lumia 950 with a new Firmware release last week. Please see:
Lumia 650 loses Wi-Fi connectivity until reboot
With my new Lumia 650 running Windows 10, I have a serious problem with Wi-Fi, occurring daily.
At some point the device becomes unable to connect to any Wi-Fi access point, whether previously known or discovered with Wi-Fi Sense. I have observed this both with WPA access points at home and at work, and also with unencrypted public hotspots in the city.
In the Wi-Fi settings screen, I can see it repeatedly attempts to connect to one of the access points available for automatic connection, but then reverts to disconnected state.
Turning Wi-Fi off and on again does not solve the problem. Only after turning the device off and on again it becomes able to connect.
Did anyone else encounter this problem?

2016-07-15T10:20:32+00:00 I confirm. The bug is still there in 10586.494.

2016-07-15T09:41:08+00:00 It seems that 10586.494 still didn't fix the issue.
I upgraded my phone yesterday but the problem is still there. Update was supposed to fix:
"Fixed additional issues in .NET, Windows Kernel, Windows Update, authentication, revised daylight saving time, support for PDF files, Bluetooth, Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer 11, networking, and Wi-Fi connectivity."

Maybe we'll get a fix for the Lumia 650?

2016-07-12T20:22:48+00:00 More findings in hope this helps diagnose the problem: I was at an outdoors festival where for 3 days I connected exclusively to open hotspots from a single provider (meaning they probably had the same configuration), and only kept Wi-Fi switched on for short periods of time to save battery. Wi-Fi connectivity never broke for the entire time.
