How to undo a "scheduled folder"

I was able to at least delete the scheduled folder finally. I had to install Windows 10 and was able to use the Mail app. The important thing is that you must delete the folder from the trash as well or it will keep moving back to the inbox. But it is finally gone.

Interestingly, I posted another thread on this issue from a different account where they couldn't help and chose to delete the whole thing and prevent me from posting anywhere, with no notice or explanation.

Right, I'm using company's exchange server. But it does not matter, from Outlook app I made folder scheduled and I was not able to disable that scheduling neither from the app nor from Webmail outlook. That is already a stupid bug.

Surely, there might be many other coupled/relevant bugs and issues.

Finally it worked for me. I logged in into Webmail outlook of my organisation and deleted that folder having clock/scheduled mark on it. As I understand this solution does not work for everybody. Perhaps there are some specific pre-conditions or circumstances when solution works or doesn't. In anyway, I made that folder scheduled from Outlook app in Android phone. The folder was empty. I hope it helps to somebody.

So youre talking about an e-mail with domain associated with the company you work for?  Ex:  ******@companyA.com

If so, that means they are using a exchange server.

In my case I am using a free hotmail/outlook account ending in @hotmail.com wich is different in some way to what I presume you are using...

Doesnt seem to be... after all this time.

I got this problem today on January 22.

One of my self created subfolder now has a clock sign next to it in outlook.com (web version)

That self created subfolder was created like 3 years ago and had a few e-mail inside it.

I dont know how this folder became/transformed into THE SCHEDULED FOLDER....

In outlook.com (webversion) when I right click that folder (the folder that has the clock sign next to it, lets call it AMOMA) I dont have the option to delete it or to rename it... Those option are greyed out.  Compared to all my other self created folders I can all delete or rename them.

I tried some solution I read on this forum but none worked.  I tried deleting all my assigned mobile accounts and that did not work.  Also from the outlook android app I tried renaming or deleting that AMOMA folder and it does not let me do it.

I then tried with Outlook 2013 desktop program installed in my windows 10 pc.

I configured my hotmail account in outlook 2013 and got all my e-mail synched.

Then from the Outlook 2013 interface I HAD the option to delete or even rename that AMOMA sub folder. 

Of course before doing that I moved the couple of e-mail that were in my AMOMA folder to another folder I created manually.

I then deleted the AMOMA folder (the scheduled folder).  The folder disappeared in the outlook 2013 interface and was moved to the deleted items folder.  

A couple of minutes later, the AMOMA folder came back to it's original location.  So I can not delete that folder.  When I do, it just reappears by itself...

The only temporary solution I found was to rename that folder.  And the only way to do it was to again use outlook 2013 interface.  I renamed my AMOMA folder to SCHEDULE.

I logged moments later in outlook.com (web version) and the rename of the folder was reflected there as well...

I then manually re-created a AMOMA folder and moved my e-mails back there.

So the problem is still there but at least I was able to change the name of that schedule folder and the only way was to use a Outlook windows program. (2013-2016-2019 versions)
