Here are two more anecdotes about how bad the battery drain issue is (.29 update installed, no reset/reinstall):
Yesterday I charged the phone over USB while trying (not very successfully) to get OneDrive to upload a few photos from the Camera Roll. Not fully charged, I removed it and went outside, noting that it was very hot, draining battery quickly. I shut down
all apps and continued for a while, but the phone kept burning my leg, now almost fully discharged. According to the Battery app, it was
consuming > 20%/hour. I restarted the phone, and battery usage went down to 3%/hour (which is still too high for a new phone in Standby).
This night, I charged it in a QI cradle, but in the morning the phone was hot and had a completely empty battery. Looking at the charge graph in the Battery app, the phone had apparently started drawing power like crazy again after reaching full charge,
until it shut off after 5-6 hours.
You can see the two "incidents" in the screenshot below:

According to the built-in battery statistics, the biggest culprit is the screen, and the most power hungry app is Edge. However, I don't trust these numbers, since they indicate very little power consumed from background activities, when I have only used
the phone very lightly the last 24 hours. The complete discharge last night happened when the phone was left in the QI charging dock and I was sound asleep (dreaming of a vibrant mobile app ecosystem). Anyway, here is a screenshot (sorry for the Swedish):

This is bad. Can we have some confirmation that Microsoft is looking into this? The Lumia 950, considered a "flagship" with a price comparable to an iPhone 6S, is basically garbage with this issue unresolved. According to Microsoft, it has a talk time of
18 hours and a standby time of 12 days. These are lies of Volkswagen proportions, when even standby time is less than 18 hours. (Add to this the catastrophic state of the OneDrive "integration" in W10, and I wonder if anybody in Redmond still cares.)
Have you tried a backup, reset, restore? Mine is fine after that.
