Lumia 950 battery drains rapidly

My Lumia 950 was at 95% battery today.  I had it in my pocket for 2 hours and didn't take it out once or use it in any ways.  After 2 hours I pulled my phone out and it was at 72% and it felt very hot.  Is this the experience others are having with their Lumia 950 or does this sound like I may have a defective phone and/or battery?

I have been testing the phone with different options, by turning off different features, but noticed that my battery is staying well charged, not great but very good ever since I turned off the Glance Screen, just in case anyone else wants to try this as well and let us know.

Most likely it's a firmware issue. Since people who are using the preview on other types of phone are not having any issues. Obviously the phone wont drain while on charge or as much on battery saver.

We should not have to turn off apps in order to use the phone, otherwise why even bother having a smartphone.

If it was software, wouldn't that problem also happen with my Nokia Lumia 830?  I am not using it again with the broken screen and have no problems running it with the latest version of Windows and it runs great.  There is got to be an app that drains the 950 or maybe the battery is no good on the 950.  Either way, Microsoft needs to find a solution soon.

    I think its software related.

If I put my phone on battery saver, the battery last way longer. And, when the phone is charging, and you don't use it, the battery lasts a really long time. The second you open the lock screen, the drain starts.

I guess its some sort of background service that is killing the battery.
