I see that there is a download available for Windows Essentials 2012 from MS. Does anyone think it there is any mileage in uninstalling the program(s) and then downloading and installing afresh, or would that cause too much of a loss of data? If I understand correctly, Mail (as it is shown in the download, NOT Live Mail) would then sync with the servers and recover the emails to my computer. Or am I totally bamboozled now?
Help!!!!
Hmm. Where is this download, @GoldRet?! I'd be interested in checking it out.
The latest updates don't change anything the issues are still the same namely :
All the above items are what many of us are experiencing, and more. Incoming email does not arrive. Have to go to the actual WebMail to see incoming email, and it does not arrive in the LIVE MAIL ACCOUNTS. Question is, is MS or their TECH's reading these issues and what IS MS DOING ABOUT IT? The last two "updates" started these issues and created them.
