I didn't have any trouble following the steps to post the crash report. I didn't do the other steps yet, no time, but will shortly.
Windows Live Mail and Calendars
Windows 10
Started today 11/20/2015 whenever I access Windows Live Mail (2012) I get an error message 'There was an error when attempting to connect to the Windows Live Calendar service, check to see if there's an upgrade of Windows Live Mail available or contact a service representative. I saw a reply for this problem dated 12/2014 but it did not address this problem in Win 10. Please advise. The PC was a Win 8.1 before the upgrade.
Thank you!

2015-11-24T19:08:06+00:00 Thanks, Joe. Did you have any trouble following the steps to post the crash report?
We might need to find the fault bucket that follows the crash report to Microsoft if you allow that. More on that later.
Faulting module name: wcsync.dll, version: 16.4.3563.918, time stamp: 0x55fc5749
Exception code: 0xc0000005
Fault offset: 0x0001e681
OK. That's the calendar sync library that's causing the fault. We'll have to see what the devs say about that. It doesn't crash on Windows 7, so there must be some conflict specific to Windows 10.
Did you follow the other steps to try and prevent the crash from happening? How did you get on?

2015-11-24T10:57:12+00:00 Is there a way to remove the KB3093594 patch, other than restoring a previous Windows restore point?
I don't know, but using System Restore doesn't sound like a good idea. You won't be able to synchronize calendar and contacts without the patch, so if you can live without them, use the right-most button on the Home tab of the ribbon to Sign out of Windows Live Mail until we have this sorted out. Contacts and calendar will still be available online at Outlook.
