Universal mobile keyboard won't work

The keyboard works fine while plugged in charging but as soon as it is unplugged to actually be mobile, like its name would suggest, it won't turn on. Even manually using the power/pair button on the side doesn't work. Am I missing something or does it sound like it's definitely broken?

    Unfortunately this does not solve the problem. Microsoft is still pending of a solution for many of us that own a keyboard that does not function.

    Make sure your mobile power bank is always turned on, in fact, if you stop entering any words via the product for a while, the major of mobile power bank will turned off because of its power-saving design.

    By the way, the universal mobile keyboard only supports 5V-2A mode via direct current. Make sure your mobile power bank ONLY supports 5V-2A output mode. Unsuitable voltage or current will damage the product.

    Same problem as everyone. No power unless plugged in.
