I have a media purchasing dilemma. I am trying to decide how I will purchase movies going forward. I have an iPhone 6 Plus, but I love the idea of using my XBOX as a media center. Is it possible to watch movies that I purchase from the Microsoft Store on my XBOX One on my iPhone? Is there a Microsoft player or app that will enable me to access my Microsoft purchased movies on my iPhone? Or will I be limited to watching it ONLY on my XBOX One?
If I'm limited to watching only on my XBOX One, then I won't use my XBOX as media center. I'll just get an Apple TV because I'd like to be able to take my purchased content with me everywhere. Any help and insight will be much appreciated.

It's been a while, any update on this. I have been hearing for years that this is coming and have built up a considerable collection of movies (over 200) and can't watch them on my IOS device. This is absolutely rediculous. My advice is, do NOT buy movies on from the Xbox live store as you will be locked into only playing it from your Xbox and pc.

2016-07-05T07:43:18+00:00 You can stream them over a browser once you sign in to your Microsoft account. I went to the store for videos and it had an option of "your video library" that's how I watch my Microsoft videos on my iPhone. Works pretty good
