Have been using this program for months now on windows 10 32 bit, and I get an email saying that MS are making changes to Outlook servers and to patch WLM 2012 and a download link.
I applied the patch and now after a few seconds of being open WLM 2012 crashes while updating the calendar.
Anyone know a fix for this? I have taken the patch off by repairing Windows essentials 2012 from the Programs and features dialog, but anyone know why this patch causes WLM to crash after a few seconds?

Haven't seen any sign of action by Microsoft to warn of problem, withdraw or raise corrected update. What a global shambles!

2015-12-16T15:56:59+00:00 Login to your outlook.com account using a browser. Does it say Outlook.com or Outlook Mail (Preview)?
KB3093594 should only be installed if you have an outlook.com account that has been upgraded to Outlook Mail (Preview).
If you have more than one outlook.com account, you will have to decide if you want the accounts that have not been upgraded to Outlook Mail (Preview) to work or do you want the accounts that have been upgraded to work.
No Outlook Mail (Preview) accounts - do not install KB3093594.
An account has upgraded to Outlook Mail (Preview) - install KB3093594.

I have attached below a cropped screen shot of top left corner of my outlook screen accessed via browser.
I run WLM2012 on Win 8.1 64 bit and have just one outlook.com account.
Would you please confirm that I do not need to install KB3093594 and that my outlook.com account will continue to sync in WLM2012 after the changes that you are to make "in a few weeks"?
The email of 11th December appears to have caused widespread chaos ----- will clarification be issued?
Fortunately I unearthed reports of problems with KB and took no action

2015-12-17T07:03:50+00:00 Just for the record : Windows 7 64 bit. After installing the patch, I lost all entries in calendar of live mail. I could not sync it with my outlook account either, but the entries in outlook were ok. I performed a system restore and all my entries came back. I reapplied the patch and the problem returned. I hope Microsoft will do something about this issue.
