This entire thing is a TYPICAL Microsoft Mail team debacle. The most recent in a long line of such major failures. And as ALWAYS they are doing nothing to actually fix the problem.
Your first post was Dec 14 if I recall. Its is almost a month later and there has been ZERO fix from Microsoft. As far as I know there has been no communication from MS and no notes on status or timeframe for a fix.
Many of us rely on WLM as a client for multiple emails. And the problems do extend to them as well. I regularly have problems and delays with POP3 from other providers. I have no damn clue if my emails are up to date and accurate. And I still must go to Outlook online - separately - to see my MSN emails.
This is 100% inexcusable.
At the same time Microsofts mail team is responding nearly instantaneously to Outlook Preview comments and making almost instant changes where warranted.
