So, in research for a BHO remover for another poster here, I downloaded & ran Malwarebyte's JRT - just to see what it might offer. I thought I'd trust them. I do gratefully use their Anti-virus scanner on demand to supplement Defender, after all. And I've sworn to pay up should it ever catch a thing Defender missed.
To my shock, JRT found stuff & just went ahead & deleted them - w/o asking permission! Either it - or Windows - did make a restore point, however. Who can analyze this report & help decide whether I should revert? My own rerearch...
(1) PCDoctor appears to be part of Dell. But it won't be long before I attack lots of Dell stuff in here.
(2) That searchscopes entry was part of McAfee (I think), called Secure Search...
...but I've uninstalled McAfee. Now, Secure Search is gone, & BING is the default. (Honestly, I'm not sure it was actually still working.)
(3) The folder "pc drivers headquarters" was part of Driver Detective, which I did once try when still Win 8.1. It said it wanted to replace two - but I never pursued that.
I think I've talked myself into keeping the deletions - but does anyone disagree? Here's the report...

Oh my. That is a lot. I just got the computer very recently, and it sounds like it is already way behind. Why wouldn't I want Intel drivers? (vs nVidia?) I don't need any Bluetooth drivers. What is wrong with Dell Update Application, or Dell Foundation Services? I don't think I want to do a Realtek driver, especially if it has glitches. Glitches give me hives. :-0 Thanks to you also for your help.
OK, I found your Drivers & Downloads site...
Inspiron 3847 Desktop
There are Win 10 drivers there for you, all right, & a lot of them are the same version as mine. It looks like - if you decide to update yours - you'll have to make the same choices I did regarding the Graphics drivers (Intel or nVidia) & the WiFi/Bluetooth drivers (1704 or 1705). So, look in Device Manager & in Programs & Features to see which you've got. Only update what you've already got, I think. Also, I won't take Dell Update Application. Pending further research, I won't take Dell Foundation Services. Dell Help & Support Application isn't offered to me, not sure whether I'd take it.
Otherwise, I couldn't resist updating all my drivers - once when I was Win 8.1 - & again after my upgrade to Win 10. It was after I did it the first time that Dell Update popped onto my taskbar. But Dell Update (supposedly working like Windows Update) clearly never did lift me to Win 10 drivers on its own. All the while, at boot, it pretended to be checking for updates & always declared I was up-to-date. But practically every driver I had was a lesser version than at the site! Two drivers at the site (the Touchpad & the Airplane Mode Switch) were a lesser version than I had. Windows Update must have updated those. So, I took the other 12 & haven't regretted it. Recently, a greater version of even the Touchpad (v.19.0.15.15) appeared at my site, & I've taken that too.
I took those 12 drivers two ways. First, I had the site detect which I needed by clicking "Detect Drivers", after inputting my service tag. It produced a list of only 5 of them. It then asked whether I wanted to go ahead & install 4 of those. I had it do so, which went well - but it did them as a group. There was no dialog or requestor. I waited patiently for the site to barely say it had finished. Also, it never said to reboot, but a reboot was necessary. (The 5th was a BIOS upgrade the site downloaded but instructed to install separately.) Second, I downloaded the 7 remaining driver updates & clicked them one after the other. This way, each showed dialog & requestors. I only rebooted when one asked & at the end. I checked, & all my version numbers increased. I much prefer doing them individually over having the site do it.
Glitches:
(1) Realtek ALC3234 Audio Driver
Be patient: This one took near a minuteto react after clicking. It then uninstalled its predecessor, rebooted, installed itself, & rebooted. I see you've got one of these, but a different version.
(2) Dell Wireless 1705 WiFi & Bluetooth Driver
This one asked "Modify, Repair, or Install" with repair pre-selected. I let it "repair", but it did a lot, looking more like an install. After reboot, there were only 4 icons in my Tray. However, the rest were hiding in the Show Hidden Icons (^) box & just needed to be dragged back out & into the Tray.
(3) Intel Management Engine Interface Driver
This is one of the 5 the site detected & installed. It's the same version as what is offered to you. Unlike the other 4, the site continues to detect this one each time I click "Detect Drivers". I even also separately downloaded & reinstalled it, but still the site will continue to detect it. Also, Programs & Features & the site show v.11.0.0.1153, but Device Manager shows v.11.0.0.1146 for this driver, under System Devices. (It was like that before the update too, but with lesser numbers. More drivers were like that before than after this round of updates.)
Okay I used the removal tool. I rebooted. My fingers are crossed. Thank you PA Bear. I will look at the updated drivers and stuff later on today. This was very easy to do, thankfully. :-)
Would [running the McAfee Consumer Products Removal Tool, followed by a reboot] mess up my NOD32?
Nope. If anything, running the removal tool will help to make sure that NOD32 is installed & working properly!
PA Bear, I understood the first part. I already have NOD32 av. Would that removal tool for McAfee mess up my NOD32? I wish they gave us the option to not have McAfee loaded on the computer, when we buy it. I never opened McAfee. I deleted it, and I never used it. I installed ESET NOD32 right away.

Rick, I dunno. I listed how it effected my Dell stuff with the JRT. Thanks for the comment. I will look at it more later.
PCR, I will have to look at what you wrote later too. Hopefully all this will make complete sense after I've had some decent sleep. I am not touching anything until then. I don't want any uh oh's going on.
