Do you honestly believe we have the time to plough through Windows diagnostics forum. Just deliver an operating system that works. I've wasted many years of my life diagnosing corrupt windows code. Why can't you guys get your act together. "Answer forums" is old school.
Disabling Windows Compatability Telemetry
Does anybody know how to stop the Windows Compatability Telemetry (CompatTelRunner.exe) from starting? It causes extremely high disk usage which results in large performance issues.
