This is an absolute Microsoft setting-of-mind. I can't believe what I'm reading.
They just write some kind of operating system "that just works". Some of the processes are just burning your computer, CPU temperatures of around 110 °C and 95% busy. Not to mention that I have an Intel Core i5 quadcore processor of high rate.
The crappy code inside Windows OS is just destroying your computer from the inside and MS doesn't give a ****.
Then I read a post which tells you to just let this crappy process do it's thing and wait a few hours until this process ends. Meanwhile you just have to (I don't know) make spaghetti sauce or something like that instead of doing work on your PC.
Luckily, It's been a long time since I've had trouble with Microsoft Compatibility Telemetry, Virtual RAM and some more crappy processes. I hope it stays this way. With Microsoft you never know.
I think this is what I did, and apparently solved the problem:
Basically just create a registry value.
- Start regedit (windows + R -> regedit)
- Go to the key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\DataCollection
- Create a DWORD-value named Allow Telemetry with value 0
