can't open .exe files windows 10

can anyone help, I can't open .exe files, I have windows 10

    when i try to open an application or programme. this error message appears.

    Avlaunch.exe.

    The application was unable to start correctly(0x0000005). Click OK to close application.

    this error message appears when i try to open applications like Teamviewer, Onedrive, Acrobat Reader and many more.

    This happened after i updated to: Windows 10 Insider Preview 17672.1000 (rs_prerelease) on 22/05/2018. 

    Initially i can open y Microsoft Office Pro 2016 but have been able to do so after uninstalling and do a reinstall .

    no error messages, the splash screen opens but goes no further.

    everytime i open any .exe or .rar file it says "the program was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b)
