can anyone help, I can't open .exe files, I have windows 10

    nothing comes up.just as if i never clicked the exe file. there is no error message and nothing.i keep on trying again and again and nothing comes up

    when i try to open an application or programme. this error message appears.

    Avlaunch.exe.

    The application was unable to start correctly(0x0000005). Click OK to close application.

    this error message appears when i try to open applications like Teamviewer, Onedrive, Acrobat Reader and many more.

    This happened after i updated to: Windows 10 Insider Preview 17672.1000 (rs_prerelease) on 22/05/2018. 

    Initially i can open y Microsoft Office Pro 2016 but have been able to do so after uninstalling and do a reinstall .

    2. Are you getting any error message?
    3. Did you make any changes prior to this issue?
    4. Have you installed Microsoft Office in the system?

    no error messages, the splash screen opens but goes no further.
