D-Clk = Double-Click. It's the same as: R-Clk, & select "Run". Because it has a file type of ".reg", RegEdit will grab it & merge it back into the registry - wiping out the change you made to that key (& any other change you may have made to that key since you did the "Export...".

OK. These are new viruses, then. Defender removed them. Open Defender, History tab, All Detected Items - & click for more information. Maybe post the links you are sent to. They may have important information. To post a link so it can be clicked... (1) When at the page, R-Clk the link in the Address Bar, & select "Copy" (may have to "Select all" first). The link goes into the Clipboard. (2) Click the "Insert hyperlink" icon here in the Toolbar above your post (3rd from right). (3) R-Clk "http://" in the box, & select "paste", then click "Insert".. The link appears in the post so that it can be clicked.

I have some hope that Class ID is controlling the Location button in Action Center & the settings at "START, Settings, Privacy, Location". But it's not a big hope. I seem to have it mentioned something over 40 times. Yea, that's too many, maybe to deal with. But I think the one I posted is most crucial... (1) What is the value of your SensorPermissionState? (2) Does your key look exactly like mine? Get there directly this way... (1) Get to the top of RegEdit. (2) Open keys by clicking the ">" to their left, starting with "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE", & ending with "Overrides", (as shown at the bottom of my picture). You will occasionally need to scroll the left pane down to find one, but it's all in alphabetical order. (3) Finally, click that "{BFA794E4..." in the left pane. What does the right pane look like?

(1) Delete these two as well. R-Clk "QQPMSRV"in the left pane, & select "delete". (2) Do the same for "QQPCRTP" - ugh, it stole my name! (3) Let us also delete "QQSysMonX64". But let QWAVE & QWavedrv alone! Soon, we may decide to delete everything that begins capital "QQ" from the left pane. When it just appears in the RIGHT pane, we have to be more careful, though. Also, lower case "qq" needs more caution.

Delete those six from the left pane, & also delete the "QQPMSRV"'s & the "QQSysMonX64"'s from the left pane. If any show up in the RIGHT pane, post a picture - do not delete. Do not delete anything beginning with just one "Q" or anything beginning with lower case "qq". If you want, post pictures of the latter: both the right & left panes. OK - let's go through the whole registry on - at least "QQSysMonX64" - as you have with the other two, & delete all occurrences in the left pane. If any show up in RIGHT pane, just post pictures.
