A bad BHO also on the Services... Could these be deleted as well?

It was in your search result #12, but wasn't part of the virus. But let's look into those services first.
I see. OK. I've found an interesting registry key to look at for this, but it may also only work in pre-Win 10. Do a search from the top of your registry for that Class ID in blue, & post what you see. I'll compare your keys to mine. Make the pictures small, so they will post larger: drag the bottom of RegEdit up, D-Clk the separator lines in the title bar.
But let us handle the services first.
