Location is greyed out, i cannot remove internet explorer 11 addon after virus removal

For Missing...

There's at least a ghost of a chance the missing file we need - to restore Location functionality to you (& even Services functionality for Geolocation) - is named in CBS.log. I see you posted the top of that log, but this is what I need to see (as posted earlier).

Note: To copy the name(s) out, highlight the name - i.e., drag the pointer over it while pressing down on the left side of the touchpad. Then, R-Clk the highlighted name, & select "Copy".

Note: If it doesn't work using "Cannot repair member file", then try "missing".

          If you can find neither - geez, I guess I must ask that you run "SFC /Scannow" again.

          The output from the first run may have been wiped by the recent Windows Updates,

           which write to the same CBS.log file...

(a) Open Explorer to "C:\Windows\Logs\CBS"

     This is the folder that holds "CBS.log".

(b) R-Clk "CBS.log", & select "Open", (or D-Clk "CBS.log").

     It's large - may take several seconds to open.

(c) Click the "Edit" Menu, & select "Find".

     The find requestor appears.

(d) Type or paste "Cannot repair member file" into the find box, & hit ENTER.

     Should get you to something like this...

(e) Copy the name, & post it. Then, Find Next (use the Edit menu or F3, maybe with FN), & post each one found.

Note: I've made the file name bold, & underlined the choice of find strings. Your name(s) will be in that same position - pretty close to the find string.

I'm going to study your DISM output. There's at least another ghost of a chance we can cure you by curing that DISM report!
